BlueVector AI Secures 5-Year State Contract to Transform Crime Victims Compensation

BlueVector AI has been awarded a 5-year contract by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Crime Victims Compensation Commission to deliver a modern, cloud-based claims processing system.

Built on Google Cloud and powered by SnapApp™—our low-code platform available on the Google Cloud Marketplace —this end-to-end case management solution includes:

 Compensation & SAFE applications

 Work queues, communication tracking, and audit trails

 Document management & payment processing

 Role-based user portals & dashboards

 Financial adjustments and claim decisions

This project sets the stage for broader adoption across other states, each of which operates a Crime Victims Compensation program. The solution is available as a private offer on the Marketplace, providing full booking credit through the FSR.
